Ratings and reviews

The app is so bad. It is hard to navigate. You cannot take any pictures with the camera and I had to spend half an hour on uploading a pdf via my phone as the app is built in 1990s. For a 21st century, it is a shame that no-one is investing in making the app better and yet they force you to use it. It is not easy to find my documents and the requests I have sent. Why would they switch from a running app to a semi-running app without testing if all is working?!?!

Not convenient at all. Edit: the image acquisition was very bad quality. And it was not a camera or light issue - I use the same phone to then photograph the invoices and manually upload to the SI website as PDF.
