The first choice for tinnitus: Reduce your tinnitus burden and improve your quality of life with My Tinnitus App. The interactive app, which is based on a method recommended as part of the medical guideline, enlightens you on all aspects of tinnitus and shows you helpful measures and techniques for dealing with your tinnitus and other side effects that bother you. These include sleep disorders, hearing problems, emotional stress or lack of concentration. The app creates your therapy plan individually tailored to you!

1. Medical diagnosis: Your doctor will give you a prescription for therapy with My Tinnitus App.
2. Submit prescription: You then submit this prescription to your health insurance company.
3. Enter activation code: You will receive a 16-digit activation code from your health insurance company.
4. Download and activate the app: Download My Tinnitus app on the Play Store. Register with your e-mail address, a password of your choice and the 16-digit activation code of your health insurance company. Activate the app using the link in the confirmation email.
5. Start therapy: Once you have implemented all the steps, you can start your tinnitus therapy straight away.
