Works perfectly Honestly, this is the only "cloud player" app that works as it should. Many others require you to "scan and import" your file data first before playing them (looking at you, CloudPlayer), whereas Beat literally allows you to browse your cloud drive's directory structure and find the songs you want. Playlist management is also much nicer on this than other apps. Yes, it's simple and not super gorgeous, but it does exactly what it says it should do, and does it well. A life saver.
Can't Edit Tags, No Library Just Folders People are hailing this as the best media app? I can't even edit tags, or have proper library support. Imagine how fast this app would be with a local DB of tags ... Anyways besides the minimum cache size being 100mb (that's huge!) and no real library support for cloud music, it does have playlists. The app is definitely workable if you sort all your music nicely and make a lot of playlists. A couple more steps and this app really could be great.
Works better than others but controls to small I wanted to play a mp3 book from dropbox others couldnt do it but beats does! Just select cloud on the screen, layout is a little odd but i saw my book and then it showed me all the files, just open the first file and it auto plays the next and next etc.
No Cloud Music can't find folders The app cannot find the music folder on the Microsoft one drive. It is able to show other folders but folder in which music is stored don't show up can you tell me a remedy. I tried all the functions but still no luck. phone redmi note 4g
It has the potential to be the best in the business, but it falls way short. It is not able to show any covers, and if it does, it is not clear how to do so. Plus the last anybody from the company updated or even looked at this app was October, 2015. That is ancient in the IT business. I'm going elsewhere....unfortunately.
Crashes a lot and other problems It crashes about once a day. I'm using it for audio books and it constantly resets to the beginning of the track. The problem is, the play bar freezes and doesn't keep track of time, so I have to guess and search for where the track left off about 4 times a day. Very frustrating. But still slightly more usable than others. Slightly.
