Lunar Lander

Lunar Lander is a text-based computer game. The goal is to land a ferry on a planet. The height, the speed and the available fuel for braking will be displayed in sequence. Afterwards you have 2.5 seconds time to enter the fuel used for braking. The new height, the new speed and the remaining fuel will be calculated. Thereby a braking period of 10 seconds is assumed. The cycle is repeated until the ferry landed. A landing at a speed less than 3 m/s is considered as success, about as crash.

Lunar Lander was written by Jim Storer 1969th. The version presented here is inspired by the pocket calculator versions popular in the 1970th.
