Ratings and reviews

I created an L-Login, i went through the process to 'Complete Profile' After receiving the Sms-verification code to my phone number it was not possible to enter it on the next step. The keyboard would not open, and pasting the code was not possible. After the third try I receive a message that i reached my daily attempts. So i cant even try different solutions. Who releases such bollocks unto their customers?

I rented a bike and couldn't stop the timer. I was forced to call support but they also couldn't help me out. The story with calling took about 30 minutes! And bike owner confirmed that the timer stopped but the app still showing the rental time. That's a crazy thing. UPD I am trying to solve this issue for more than a week already! have been to the customer service and filled in all the forms possible. Nothing.

This app may mess up your payment. If they do, they will fix this several hours later and use your payment yo give you a ticket that is valid in the middle of the night, when they have no busses or trains - happened to me; paid at 4:07pm, payment failed; tried again, got my ticket; later received another ticket valid 0:26-2:26am the next day. Further, it is unclear who to complain to. Frankly, companies, that are unable to build apps that work should not build apps at all.
