Ratings and reviews

Previously a good app but the coloring of the map has changed and is unpleasant to look at. Maybe give us the choice of color scheme to use? Eta: Happy to hear it's only temporary. I didn't realize the peachy-beige color was supposed to represent Christmas. Interesting color choice.

When I tried to register for an account, the verification email took 15 minutes to come through. So be aware of that. Also, while there is English for the main parts of the app, the ticket types and explanations are only in German. So that's a bit tricky.

I rented a bike and couldn't stop the timer. I was forced to call support but they also couldn't help me out. The story with calling took about 30 minutes! And bike owner confirmed that the timer stopped but the app still showing the rental time. That's a crazy thing. UPD I am trying to solve this issue for more than a week already! have been to the customer service and filled in all the forms possible. Nothing.
