The Walk of Change app allows you to use the "Walk of Change", a 2.5-hour walk through the Rheingau. This footpath can only be walked using the route guidance of the Walk of Change app, as it is not marked by signposts on site.
The Walk of Change is aimed at entrepreneurs or successors who are facing a succession situation in a (family) company. During the Walk of Change, users work on 10 very specific questions that serve to clarify their own with regard to the intended or impending successor.
Walking in nature enables you to have your own perspectives that would not come to light in everyday thinking about the subject. Users use the app to record their thoughts on the individual questions while walking the Walk of Change as a voice memo and can listen to them again afterwards and add to them.
The project is scientifically supported by the team of Prof. Dr. Nadine Kammerlander, Chair of Family Business and Head of the Institute for Family Business & SMEs at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar.
