IMPORTANT

We are continuously improving the security of your electronic patient record (ePA). Therefore, an upgrade to Android 14 is required to use VIACTIV - ePA before June 30, 2026.

DIGITAL PLUS FOR YOUR HEALTH

With the "VIACTIV - ePA" app, you have access to your electronic patient record. Data on medications, pre-existing conditions, vaccinations, and treatments – all of this is securely stored in your ePA and directly accessible via the app when needed. This allows you to receive faster and better treatment during doctor's visits or in an emergency.

SECURELY STORED, ACCESSABLE AT ANY TIME
The electronic patient record is the perfect storage location for your personal health data. With "VIACTIV - ePA," you have full control over all stored information. You can access it yourself at any time with just a few clicks. Furthermore, you can determine which data is stored in your ePA and who is authorized to view it.

HEALTH ID
Since January 1, 2024, we automatically generate a Health ID for you when you register for the "VIACTIV - ePA" app. With your Health ID and corresponding PIN, you can quickly and securely access all digital health services, including the gematik e-prescription app. This means you are ideally equipped for the future of healthcare.

Did you register for the ePA app before January 1, 2024? Then you will need to re-identify yourself. Your data already stored in the ePA will be retained. You can find more information here: www.viactiv.de/gid
