This is the worst papp I had to deal with in a long time. The registration process simply does not work and payment is as problematic. I've found myself shouting and cursing multiple times and missed trains because of this app. The developers should all be fired!

I have subscribed Deutschland ticket via this app and the digital ticket is shown on the app. However, when I installed the same app on my new phone yesterday and logged in the same user account, no purchased ticket is shown on my new phone.

Just got my Deutschland Ticket card today, nicely branded with VRS. There's no way to register it in this or any other app. The digital promise for this offer is a lie. I just got a plastic card through the mail and 3 pieces of paper.
