About this app

The UFH network – Women Entrepreneurs in Crafts – addresses female entrepreneurs in craft businesses throughout Germany. Whether you're a master craftswoman, a successor in a family business, or a co-managing partner, the UFH app aims to keep these women up-to-date. It focuses on specialized knowledge relevant to craft businesses, shared through monthly lectures, seminars, and workshops, both in person and online. For over 50 years, this personal exchange of experience has provided a competitive edge.

The UFH app was developed by the Bavarian State Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Crafts (Landesverband der UnternehmerFrauen im Handwerk Bayern e.V.), has been online since March 2025, and will be rolled out to all German states starting at the end of January 2026. Benefit from the open exchange of experiences and the community of this nationwide network. Working groups in every state and every administrative district in Bavaria warmly welcome women in the crafts sector. Will we see you at one of the events?
