Help to improve the OpenStreetMap with StreetComplete!

This app finds incomplete and extendable data in your vicinity and displays it on a map as markers. Each of those is solvable by answering a simple question to complete the info on site.

The info you enter is then directly added to the OpenStreetMap in your name, without the need to use another editor.

Lovely app. I always complain to friends how I would use openstreetmap more often and ditch google maps if the data wasn't so inaccurate/inconsistent but so far I've been too lazy to fix anything myself. StreetComplete makes contributing super easy and fun. Thank you Tobias and all the other contributors for making this.

Super easy and intuitive app to contribute to OpenStreetMap!

A great, easy to use mapping tool for updating OpenStreetMap on the go, as a beginner, or both. It finds nearby items on the map that are missing information (street names, bike lane status, parking access, building levels etc.) and turns them into quests for you to fill in details around you. It's not very powerful, so if you want to add new paths or structures, you'll need another app (or a desktop). But what it does, it does very well, and I use it for most of my on-the-ground mapping.
