A great, easy to use mapping tool for updating OpenStreetMap on the go, as a beginner, or both. It finds nearby items on the map that are missing information (street names, bike lane status, parking access, building levels etc.) and turns them into quests for you to fill in details around you. It's not very powerful, so if you want to add new paths or structures, you'll need another app (or a desktop). But what it does, it does very well, and I use it for most of my on-the-ground mapping.

This app is amazing! I've never used an app like this before, but I see the appeal. It lets you edit OSM very easily with filters that show certain types of data to edit. (lighting, roads, addresses, etc.) Each edit brings you closer to an achievement that tracks your progress and encourages you to contribute. As you progress, you unlock websites that show OSM data in a new way. My address wasn't originally on OSM but I added it easily. I highly recommend this app for everyone!

Awesome little app to gamify osm editions. I was missing the possibility of editing osm in the phone because some editions can be made so mich better on the spot. And making it into a game, great idea! It would be great to have also the possibility for proactive edition. For example, the speed limit challenge. Mark the speed limits on your route while riding as a passenger (this is useful because speeds limits change often). Or add missing POIs. Simple stuff that can be done in the phone.
