Anchor Alarm - The anchor guard for your boat
Get alerted as soon as your ship aborts.

Set the radius and click on Start to start the anchor alarm.
As soon as your ship leaves the radius, your device alerts you with an unmistakable alarm tone.
In addition, you can move the monitored area and correct it to the nearest meter.
The location history of the boat is recorded and can be seen from the small points.

With our remote monitoring feature, you can connect two devices together.
The sender remains on the boat while you are on land.
As soon as the sender leaves the area you will be alerted on the way.

I like this alarm over many others... BUT even though I purchased the full version- often I awake to the alarm resetting or turned off as if I never set it. I can set it in the afternoon, watch it all evening and not always, BUT SOMETIMES, it is off. Maybe there is a setting I am missing but some times it works for days and others it kicks off in a few hours. My location is shown... just no anchor. Samsung S23 phone

We live aboard in the Abacos, Bahamas. We pay the small yearly fee, and it is an amazing app. Rarely do winds get high enough to drag, but when they do, Anchor Alarm works perfectly. Last night, winds 30+ knots, then changed 180⁰ at 2 in the morning. Anchor Alarm started going off. it took me a minute to realize what was going on, but I opened the app, and you could clearly see my position dots moving downwind, in a straight line. A medium crowded Anchorage. would hit someone eventually.

new version still crashing 😔.. I like it and it outperforms other apps I've tried. BUT!! it crashed twice upon waking up in morning, which is dangerous, despite battery optimization and unrestricted usage being enabled. Ensure the app doesn't crash, and if it does, it should retain all data to avoid losing anchor position. Also, prevent swiping away or clearing notifications that close the app, as this is dangerous. Once you fix those issues I will give five stars for sure 👍🏼
