As a training center for the trade unions in North Rhine-Westphalia, we offer seminars, meetings and conferences for works councils (and for staff councils, JAVis, people who trust the severely disabled, interested employees ...).

Our election assistant app for the works council elections 2022 provides you with orientation about the right to exemption for election board members and the assumption of costs for these training courses and clarifies other fundamental questions about the elections before attending an election committee training.

With the deadline calculator of this app, you can determine the voting process that is possible for you and quickly determine the most important tasks and deadlines. The quota calculator calculates the number of seats on the works council and, depending on the number of female and male employees, clarifies how many seats may have to go to the minority gender.

With this app you also have an up-to-date overview of the dates and locations of the elective board seminars we offer, including the registration status, as well as an overview of the dates and locations of the basic training courses for newly elected works council members.
