Extremely unhappy with this app! No language option to choose from when you live in another country as an expat or a student or something similar! At least having a second option for English should be considered. Totally unacceptable and an unsatisfactory experience for me!

the new layout is worse than before. It was nice seeing an item with the price, but now you have to open the item before you can see it. there is no overview without the spacing between products. I do like the swiping to see different angles of an product before opening the product.

Terrible first experience — lost order, no response This was my very first order with Zalando Lounge, and it couldn't have gone worse. All five of my items were lost in transit, and rather than offering to resend them, I was simply told a refund would be issued. Disappointing enough on its own — but to make matters worse, I sent a follow-up email expressing my frustration and requesting some form of goodwill gesture, and I haven't received so much as an acknowledgement. Not even a courtesy reply
