App permissions

Ratings and reviews

I love the store, but the app has always been a frustration. Especially recently... I can't find how to shop by brand. When I click on the menu and then Brands it shows only selected few. When shopping by category I've noticed that it doesn't show everything available. For example if I choose Clothing then Dresses from the menue and then select a brand from the filter ex Esprit it gives 7 results. If I type dress in the search and then filter Esprit it gives 405 results. Please fix it!

Love this online store. Literally the best I've come across - wide variety of articles and filters allow to find the desired products with comfort. BUT.. Unfortunately the options of payments get more and more limited in time. First "prova prima, paga dopo" disappeared, then PayPal, then card, leaving only Bonifico Bancario.. I don't understand why loyal customers who shop frequently get revoked of these options instead of being rewarded with personal discount codes from time to time. 🙏♡

The app is broken. All items that i marked as liked are gone, now i can only see some random list or when i refresh the same page they disappear. The items that i recently ordered now all are marked as not available. Also it shows everything in red discount prices. And when i go to some items details page, i get no internet connection screen, when i go to other items its all fine, when to the same items i receive again same screen. It's just exausting to use such a confusing and messed up app.
