This has consistently been a very poor experience. Missing items, wrong items, and now to top it all, cancelling an order after 4 days of ordering telling me nothing is in stock anymore and that I should have checked the description. Guess what. I did. The descriptions are still the same and the products appear to be in stock just like before I ordered. Horrible experienced, I am forced to change to a different pet shop, because these guys are clearly unprofessional. Too bad, the food was OK.

Just brilliant...would not buy from anywhere else. Excellent products, very good prices and prompt delivery every time. Have been using for over 12 months now and you gain points and rewards. Nothing to complain about at all. Very recommended. Thank you.

Great shopping experience, great selection of products! I appreciate especially the price per kilo, as this makes decision easier. You need to take a second look into some online process streamlining such as payment methods management or how you display "savings plan" so that is easier to find.
