Quick and easy to use and cheaper than buying in pet stores or on Amazon. With 4 cats to feed this is a massive help. The only thing that could make it better is if they added wholesale or bigger boxes. E.g. I need 240 cans/pouches a month but the highest box they do is 28. I'm trying to find a cost effective way of doing this. Zooplus is definitely one step closer but I still think there's a gap in the market for multi-cat households. The subscription discount is also worthwhile doing.

Great for specialised cat food! My 20yr old moggie has ckd and, as anyone who has been through it knows, the specialist food she needs is SUPER expensive, has a rubbish choice of flavours and very few boxes with mixed flavours!! Zooplus makes it SO easy to compare prices and nutritional content, and they have a great range of products! My only complaint is that they regularly seem to sell out of things! And there is no express delivery option. But these things may improve with increased usage!

Always had great experiences with zooplus and the app. Cheaper pet food than the supermarket/amazon, and they have some great products. The discount program and zoopoints are also great rewards. I 100% recommend paying for the discount program as it's easily paid for itself!
