Secondly, all balances and documents proving the purchase must be presented, and the date of purchase must be proven. Not working, the app gets installed and loads, but when trying to use any of the options it doesn't work. Please update and fix the app! 20-FEB-2023:Just a quick update on the app, you have to be in the UAE for the app to work! I have tested using a VPN and and I can confirm that all the features worked! The developer should fix this to allow it to work outside the UAE as well.

Awful service. I made a complain and attached all documents required. They sent me a reference number. After a day it was mentioned as solved. When i asked a friend to call as i moved from Dubai they told him that the company i had complained for was closed and left the country. They also told him that I should communicate with the police as they were handling the situation. This was totally wrong. Company is still existing. Why?????? Was it a joke? I still have the name and reference number.
