Just leave your mobile near during sleep, arrange the following services:
- Snoring and night noises monitoring. Dream Watcher monitor your snoring while you are sleeping, so in the morning you can hear and be aware of many problems that arise during sleep. The application will present the different samples captured at night, ordered by the number of snores, so you can listen to your snoring quickly.
- Relaxing music schedule. You can schedule a time during which the mobile will play soothing music to sleep peacefully. You can select your prefered music style (classic, meditation, whales songs, water sounds), the music will down volume slowly as you go falling asleep. Once playback is finished, the phone will automatically switch to monitor sounds.
- Double alarm function. To set an alarm before another, the first will be activated with classical music and a very low volume, and anger gradually turning up the volume. There are serious social consequences of snoring that should not be ignored. A lot of broken families have snoring as the root of the problem. Weight reduction, a change in the sleeping position is just some of the ways which can help reduce the problem of snoring. However, if these options fail, it is better to consult a medical professional in order to solve the root of the problem.
Alertometer measures reaction time and decision making speed to compute a normal or baseline score. Once a baseline is established the app measures deviation from the baseline. The test can be made more difficult or less difficult with built-in variables. For example, you can change the variables to make the interference propeller spin faster or slower, change rotational speed of the shape disk, etc.
