The app and accompanying product is horrible. First understand if you are buying this it doesn't work. There is no technical support and the hardware with the app is equally worthless. App won't connect to hardware for any length of time. Pictures drawing is started and stopped randomly, the marker doesn't lift from the surface so if it moves to another point it will draw a line to that point. Bottom line is you will never get a drawing to complete. You won't get any customer support and they will fight to give any money back. Buyer be warned.

Using a Pixel 3. The connection setup is terrible. It asks you to connect to the Scribit network which I did, then nothing.. the setup will not advance past this step. I was able to set it up one time on an old Android phone but as soon as you change wi-fi netwroks it stops working. the configure wi-fi setting does nothing to help. There's no way to search for drawings and you can't upload your own like it was advertised. Ive yet to get the robot to erase the drawings as advertised.

We are currently working on the "Search Drawing" and the "Upload your design" features. The latter is to be released within the present month, while the first in the months to come, together with the enhancement of the pairing process.

Waited months to receive my Scribit, only to have it be unable to connect. I'm hoping an app update will fix the issue. Until then it's a paperweight. Update I was able to get it working by borrowing an iPhone, once it's setup to the home network you're able to use it from any phone with the app.

We understand this can be tricky sometimes, this is why we are now releasing an update that removes any need of authentication in the first pairing, so that the process becomes smooth and easy.
