This application makes it possible to more efficiently manage employees teleworking or outside the office of any company or self-employed.
With Telework-Time you will be able to personally record the working time (entry and exit), as well as specify efficiently, quickly, safely and easily the recording of the time dedicated to the tasks carried out during your working day with a single click .
It allows you to comply with the time control regulations in a very simple and fast way, review the history by dates of the records, issue graphics, reports and exports as well as keep track of times by tasks through the device itself.
If you are part of a company or organization, with Telework-Time you will have the possibility of reviewing the entry / exit times of the people who make up your work team to check the times used in the tasks of their respective working days. At the same time, you will be able to create hourly registration reports for periods directly printable from the device, approved and ready to sign and be saved according to Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of March 8, as well as export in CSV format.
Our intention is to continue expanding the possibilities of Telework-Time based on your needs and for it to be the most optimal tool for managing remote teams (teleworking, logistics, sales representatives, etc.). The free version is limited in the following features:
-The number of people in your team is limited. You can only add one more employee.
- Printed reports and record exports cannot be issued.
-Your team's records cannot be edited or inserted.
-The access key to the API is not provided
