They told me if you're a student you pay 25 per month, and you have 4 weeks of free membership. Then I found out on my account that I'm on 50 per month. I went to change it back, and they told me that I could only have the student membership from the start and now I can't change to student membership! So I have to pay 30/M and there is one month notice for changing your membership, so I have to pay two M of 50 euros. Can't even cancel my contract! So I'm paying 370 instead of 275 for a year!

I very much dislike the fact that everyone must now use this app instead of the access cards. Everithing except for the QR code functionality is not really useful for me, and the only thing that I was looking forward to was the ability to make payments in an easy way, this I have not found anywhere in the app. Very disappointing.

I can't download the app(tried many times, only pending), I don't know how I'm gonna enter and spent 20mins at the reception for registration. Charging is automatic deducting from my bank monthly and if I want to cancel the plan(without subscription even). I have to come to the gym. all those Precudures make me very uncomfortable.
