Our F619 Fit Training/Coaching programs are designed to simplify nutrition and fitness with effective strategies to overcome the struggle and improve your quality of life as you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Our programs train you to SWEAT daily by implementing daily Healthy habits that include strategic exercise, proper nutrition, accountability, and faith- based inspiration to makeover your mindset.

All local and virtual members will be able to utilize this app to connect and share their journey for accountability with fitness and nutrition,
encouragement from fellow fit friends,
and weekly strategies, resources and coaching opportunities to progress daily.
