If you force me to register for classes on the app ahead of time - fine, I'll download it and use it to register for classes. But don't force the user to "set goals" and "pick a virtual trainer." If you want those features as options someone can opt in to - fine. But it's annoying and makes the app feel busier than it needs to. Give me the important pieces of information front and center instead of putting your extra trash up front and making me dig for the class schedule.

The app is difficult to use, not intuitive at all. I am disappointed that I can't just add my activities, duration or miles or what have you. It wants me to set a timer to some preset activities. When I try to load individualized activities that I enjoy, there's no way to click "add" them. I'm pretty Tech savvy and if these things are manageable from the app, it is impossible to figure out how. This should be a lot easier to use. Wellness apps shouldn't be stressors.

Totally useless even though it says it can do this and that it can do nothing.. totally unreliable. Says links to devices. But says a particular Fitbit.. many don't bother with that junk and have Google or apple watches that have fitness tracking on them . Can't see anything on the calendar tk schedule. Loops around having to log on each time the page changes on the desktop system. Whoever designed this really blew it
