Ratings and reviews

Offers and points are a huge pain. The store doesn't know how to use them, so they ring up things separately. Then when I pay for the second transaction, they tell me I can't scan again, so I've been screwed out of points more than once because of it. Nothing here is special enough to keep making the trip. No wonder it's always deserted.

I love tims but don't expect any help from support if anything goes wrong on the app. my wife placed a pickup order to the wrong location that was still saved in my account from work the previous day... crickets. couldn't find a real person to talk to to have that order cancelled. called the store multiple times with nothing. absolutely pathetic. I love tims but this one hurts... every other app in the market is ahead of this one in terms of customer service and order maintenance. sad

don't expect if you have any issues with not getting your order or any problems don't expect any help. they drag you in circles until you just give up. it's impossible to talk to anyone and no one actually cares about your problem. 3 refunds I've not gotten because they keep telling me it's someone else's problem. horrible app. as for your response to my review, I already reach out multiple times and was told it's the stores problem. whereas they say it's a mobile app issue.
