Set Meaningful Deadlines

In the real world most tasks just need to be done this week, or even next month, or sometimes Tuesday at 3pm.

Right now you have two choices: put your tasks in your calendar, or just keep a list.

Your calendar forces you to set arbitrary deadlines.

Hitting those deadlines means giving up your flexible lifestyle. But rescheduling is a pain, and it feels like failure.

A simple list leads to procrastination. Everything feels like it can wait until tomorrow, so nothing gets done today.

In Simply Goals & Tasks you pick a time that's as exact or as loose as you want. A set time, or just some day, week, month, or even year. No need to pick an exact time if you don't have one.

For example, dump your whole to-do list into this month. Then open the month and spread the tasks across the weeks. Now you won't hit the 25th and find there's no way to finish. Do the same inside a week: drag tasks from "Anytime this week" onto Monday, Tuesday, and so on.

Need more control on a busy day? Open a single day and pick a time for each task.

I love so much about this app - it shows the total amount of time scheduled so you don't overbook, the graphs show percentages of time based on category, unscheduled tasks are visible in any view, everything essential is free, and on top of it all, it's so gorgeous!! But, it's been freezing every time I open it. I've tried emailing and have heard nothing back. I keep searching for other apps, but can't find another task tracker that's so perfect for the way I think, and I need my to-do list!!

I wish there was a way to donate to the team without subbing bc the free feature is enough for me 💛 i love this app! i use it for evrything there's so much frexibility with the views and the organization.. this app knew what i needed better than i did!!! ❤❤❤❤ you can plan by day week month or year!! all i could wish for in an app.. i would love to be able to consult the schedule from the browser too but aside that it has everything!

I really really want this app to work! I love ease of drag and drop from unscheduled to scheduled (or vice versa), and viewing of tasks by day, week, month or even year. But every time I download it, it works in the beginning (a day, maximum) and from then on simply crashes within seconds of me opening it, every time. Hopefully this can be fixed in the future!
