First after login always kicked off within moments. Secondly, Usage tabs are broken, while current usage and estimates seem somewhat accurate the cycle comparison dates are irrelevant trash. I can't get accurate comparison info to last month, can't trust daily info due to incorrect dates.
App is overall frustrating. Logs me out after 5 seconds of inactivity, I'm not exaggerating. Also all my info is from 3 months ago. I see the potential but it needs work
Can't pay through the app, can't see the usage, pretty much worthless since March 2017. Uninstalling and re-installing is a waste of time. The desktop website is equally useful. Only choice is to call in.
The app doesn't log me in and when I reset my name and password it still doesn't work. I tried to get some feedback for help and I was told my comment is not valid. The app is totally useless.
Can't login. What good is an app you can't login to? This has been occurring since before Christmas so going on three months. Had my service disconnected twice since I can't login to view my bill. Paper bills are non-existent for the benefit of $5 I've done the reset password at least two dozen time, always says 'success but goto login and guess what? "Login failed" if I had the option of zero stars I'd have given it
The app does not work properly you cant see your payment bills history either it doesnt show your amount due to pay on time than you have to pay late fees wich is $30 because of the poor service provided by the app .... Enrolled to paperless never happened since i signed to it !!!!
