How stupid can the developer be? I access the web site from my browser using my password, that is 18 characters long. The developer of this app has arbitrarily set a 15 character maximum length, which implies that I cannot access my account. Worse than useless.
Can't change household income. The app asked me to input my household income which I did and it provided a number that's about a quarter of my actual salary and the app has no way of changing that. What sense does that make. 1 star until you fix the on track portion of the app
Horrible app, the level of information just to access the account is disconcerting, and makes it near impossible to change passwords.
Horrible experience they are the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with, rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, I would never trust them with me retirement.
Can't even login to the app because some idiot decided it would be a good idea to restrict the maximum password length to less than what is allowed on the desktop version of the website.
Add fingerprint login!!!
