Terrible app. Hey TransAmerica... do you really consider this a "world class" app? I hope you do better world class investing. With a company as large as TransAmerica one would think you could develop a better app than this. My local hometown banks app blows this out of the water. Minimal functionality and difficulty navigating links. It's hard to tell what's a link and what's not. At best this app is good for merely checking balances.
Frustrated Nothing works...the app, the website, nothing. All the fees you charge not only me, but my company as well and you cant invest in a capable IT department....pathetic.
15 character password limit? Can't even use this thing because my password is larger than 15 characters.
Latest update is terrible Lost detail and ease of use. Also continues to give session time out errors as I try to switch pages trying to find detail that was once easy to see.
Absolute garbage All of the content was squashed to the side and the Remember Me on sign in doesn't work. This is what happens when you don't care about mobile experience! Uninstalled.
Gain or loss on each individual asset Would be a great help.
