Worst investment firm EVER!! can't login always "cannot find info" yet I get an email 5 minutes ago that I was able to change my password. I HATE that I'm force to deal with these idiots. Had fidelity for a while now...no issues EVER...again...I HAVE to deal with these idiots! Furious!!!
Can't even login. The manager who had the genius idea of restricting password length while logging into your own account is the biggest retard and should be fired. Don't even bother making apps if you have such an incapable dev team
I rated this app 1 star because I can't rate it lower. This must be the worst investment app in the world. To give it a try I had to change my password to a less secure 15 characters when the website allows for up to 20. I can't see the fund documents within the app. When I ask for them via email all I get is a link. Is it such a secret that you can't attach it?
Error "Password cannot be greater than 15 characters". I can login to my account just fine on desktop and mobile. I'm not reducing my security on a financial account just to use an app. Uninstalled.
Heaven forbid you made a 16-character password on the Transamerica website...you will not be able to use the app. Brilliant.
