With the Arriva Train app you can buy train tickets and bike tickets for Arrivas trains and commuter cards for both train and bus in an easy and fast way.
You can buy different tickets in the app: Arriva Single ticket, Commuter card, Arriva YourWay, Arriva OneDay and Bicycle ticket. You also have the opportunity to sign up for PendlerPlus in the app, which is Arriva's benefit program for commuters.
With the Arriva Tog app you do not have to spend time on the journey to queue at the ticket sales or the ticket machine, and to be dependent on the opening hours of the sales outlets. Instead, you can buy your ticket from home or while sitting in the bus on the way to the station.
To get started with your ticket purchase, start by creating an account and choosing a payment method. You can either choose to pay with MobilePay or a payment card.
Remember that you must have bought and received your ticket in the app before you board the train. You must have an internet connection to buy the ticket, but you can display your ticket without an internet connection. Simply complete your purchase and receive the ticket on your phone.
Make sure you have power on the phone for the whole trip so you can show off your ticket by ticketing.
