With Arriva Trains app you avoid making time travel to queue at the ticket counter or ticket machine, as well as being dependent on outlet opening hours. Instead, you can buy your ticket from home or while sitting in the bus on the way to the station.

To get started with your ticket you must start by creating an account and choose a payment method. You can either choose to pay with mobilepay or a debit card.

Remember that you must have purchased and received your ticket in the app before you board the train. You need an Internet connection to buy the ticket, but you can show your ticket without internet connection. You just need to have completed your purchase and received the ticket on your phone.
