1 in 6 Danes drinks more than the Danish Health Authority's recommendations. With AlkoLog, you get an overview of your alcohol habits by counting your items and writing small notes about your consumption. This way you become more aware of your habits.
Give yourself a challenge:
AlkoLog gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself to, for example, not drink alcohol for a number of days, weekdays or weeks. You can continuously follow your progress in the challenge.
