DGI Training Guide is a FREE tool for you, there are coach in football, gymnastics, handball, badminton, running, swimming, shooting, road cycling, mountain biking, volleyball, floorball, eSport, basketball or tennis. Trainer Guide gives inspiration and suggestions on how to organize a good, varied and effective workout lesson within each sport.

In practice the bank will find specific exercises ready to use right now. For example you can get help and inspiration for heating, games, physical training, technical training, and more.

All exercises are detailed and ready to go to. You will find, among other information about the maturity of the exercise suit, and how long to take to complete.

Compose exercises crisscross and make just the training session that matches your team's level and needs. On the pitch helps the app stopwatch you keep track of time so you can keep track of how much time remains of a particular exercise.
