Når du installerer VideoSamtale, skal du give tilladelse til, at appen må bruge mikrofon og kamera på telefonen. Det er de funktioner, der skal bruges, for at du og sundhedspersonalet kan se og høre hinanden ved videosamtalen.

Den dag du er indkaldt til samtale via VideoSamtale, skal du åbne appen og logge ind med dit NemID. Appen viser dig nu din aftale med afdelingen, som du klikker på. Du er nu placeret i et "venterum", hvor du venter, indtil sundhedspersonalet, du har en aftale med, "ankommer" og starter samtalen.

Video Conversation is for you who are a patient in the Region of Northern Jutland and who have an appointment via video with a hospital ward or ambulatory. With Video Conversation, you and the healthcare professional can both see and hear each other, and you can discuss your treatment and your health without having to be transported to the hospital.

In order to use Video Conversation, you must have NemID.
Be aware that it is you and the healthcare professional who agree on whether a video call is an option in the individual situation.

When installing Video Conversation, you must allow the app to use the microphone and camera on your phone. These are the features that are needed for you and the healthcare professional to see and hear each other during the video call.

The day you are called to a conversation via Video Conversation, open the app and log in with your NemID. The app now shows you your appointment with the department that you click on. You are now placed in a "waiting room" where you wait until the healthcare professional you have an appointment with "arrives" and starts the conversation.

If you sign in on a day when you do not have an appointment, the app will say that no appointment is scheduled for the current day. If you think this is a mistake, call the hospital or ambulance department. You will find section contact information in your summons letter.
