The app has been designed for use by beginners to mindfulness meditation, as well as experienced mindfulness practitioners.
Besides an introduction to mindfulness and how to practice it, the app contains 3 guided meditations by Christene Burgess:

Additionally the app provides a silent meditation timer, allowing you to set a bells only meditation for the length of time you choose. To help support you create a regular mindfulness practice you can set reminders to practice. You can also see a record of how long and often you have practiced, enabling you to track your meditaion practice.
The app is developed in a collaboration between therapist Christene Burgess, psychotherapist Stuart Baker and iDeal Development.
There is a wide range of in-app purchases that can help you to dig deeper into mindfulness. Once you’ve got the basics of mindfulness you might want to explore some of the other mindfulness practices we offer. These cover specific areas to support your wellbeing, from developing kindness for yourself, to tapping into your inner resources and strengths. At times we all face challenges and there are some practices aimed at helping support you in times of difficulty, to help you slow down, stand-back and perhaps gain a fresh perspective.
With the app help is always nearby if anything happens and you for instance need to know:
- How do I block my card if my card gets stolen
- Who do I call if I break a leg in Mexico (If I have a MasterCard Gold or MasterCard Platinum)
- What is my PIN - with a smart PIN remember, it´s always at hand
