I believe the application is really really bad. It's a struggle to sign up for Friday concert's. They ask to log in when you are already logged in. In order to find where to reserve the concert, there are no real interface (you just cannot find where to do it). The Facebook log in doesn't work in IOS. After more than 20 min I still haven't really find a way to do it. Being 23 years old and born with technology, this kind of interface are really frustrating.

simply - waste of time. it just doesn't work. Tried 2 different emails accounts, the one I used when buying tickets in advance and then another one. scanned the ticket number - Error (the little bumper cars are cute the first time...that soon wears off) type in the ticket number - Error! eventually you give up coz you won't get those extra discounts. still at least you have a map - might as well been scribbled on a pebble for the use that was

ok guys, the app is super frustrating. here's why: Firstly, the constant freezes where the UI just doesn't randomly work are extremely common and annoying Secondly, the UX of the map is bananas. The app needs a simplified illustrated map from the brochure, not an entire Google Maps embedded (why would I need it if you don't show my location?). The POI overlays on the map need a rework because the flow just doesn't work (tap on the icon, it appears from the bottom but I need to drag it up.

What’s new

We’ve fine-tuned things behind the scenes so the app now works even more seamlessly with Tivoli’s other systems. It’s a subtle improvement for now – with the full performance coming in 2026.
