Trying to check out for child who forgot. Turns out that when the status page appears, the one thing you should NOT do is click on indmeld button. Instead click on the 3 lines menu button in the top left and then click on indmeld. The first way gets you 20 minutes trying all different ways and times to checkout, but all give errors and say journey is not valid time/duration. The 2nd lets you put in the details and submit. Now let's see if it works. This is my 3rd review and it is still 0star.

We have an adult flex card and a just got a child flex card. My husband forgot to check out, so I went into this app to report the missed check out. I submitted a request only to find out that the default card is my child card, so had to submit another request. My issues: 1) i can't set a card nickname or default card, 2) there is no way to cancel a request before it is handled. I can cancel a final approval, why not right away?, 3) only once has the app prompted me about a missed check out.
