Ratings and reviews

Its a nice app that works pretty flawlessly, however its missing features that are too essential for me. You cannot add a bike, or other passengers to your travels like you can with the rejsekort at the stations. Its easier to add my injured family member to my card than for them to keep forking out their wallet or phone while I assist them. Same for family that comes to visit. I would love to give 5 stars once this feature is added.

1) locating and allowing for checking is slow. I have to have the app open on my phone at least 1 minute before the bus arrives to make sure I can check in before departure. 2) if a slight overdraft on my account occurs (I can still pay at shops though) I'm locked out. But it doesn't tell me until the next morning, and even if I fix it and it clears my payment it does not allow me to use the app. Meaning I cannot take the bus to work that day. Great feature for critical infrastructure!

This app sucks. It might work if you want to do just a single trip per day. But if you want to use the app multiple times per day, it does not work. It will be stuck at "we are calculating the price of your journey...". This app does NOt have any way of doing multiple trips as there is no 'return' button when the price is being calculated. I do have a video of this... It usually takes up to 12 hour to calculate the price. Unfortunately, the physical card is being discontinued soon...
