About this app
SelfBack is an advanced self-management App developed by the world's leading researchers in the field of back pain. SelfBack is in compliance with the National Clinical Guidelines and builts upon the latest state of the art evidence and knowledge available in order to provide you the best possible self-management strategy.
SelfBack will provide you with a self-management program that updates weekly, based on your progress. The self-management program contains exercises, a series of educational content and an activity goal and is adjustable to fit the time you have available.
In addition to the self-management program, SelfBack offers several tools with suggestions to self-manage during episodes with high and intense pain through the pain-relieving exercises and sleep position suggestions.
SelfBack is tested to work for users up to age of 85 years, and is available in 8 different languages.

SelfBack has successfully conducted a large scale randomized controlled trial in Norway and Denmark to prove its effectiveness as a medical tool.
