Edit: even more pissed off after a forced update made me miss my bus and wiped my klippekort. Requires GPS to show ticket, sometimes doesn't register it as turned on, usually needs additional wifi for locating, crashes, throws server errors. It is possible to use it, but expect to miss quite some trains and busses because you either cannot get a ticket in the first place, or cannot show the one you already paid.
I was forced to upgrade, then my prepaid card was gone, I cannot buy new tickets without my pin generator, and the machines don't sell bus ticket. The customer service don't operate when you need them, and even if you choose English you will still hear Danish words, very unclear, had to call back just to hear the other number they want you to call. Then in the settings you won't find your card number, paym info or registered phone number. Completely failed app, shouldn't be launched before customer test, definitely shouldn't force us to upgrade. A nightmare for travellers!
It worked so well before the update. And now each time when I try to buy a ticket, I get "order processing failed". Had to call a taxi, because I depended so much on the previous version of the app that I didn't bring cash to the bus stop. I am disappointed in this new version. Please fix! Edit: I am so upset that I have emailed both DOT and the developer.
This app barely worked before. It is a disaster now that I updated it. Its supposed to help me buy a ticket. It cannot do that. It cant load pages properly it cant do anything about reaching information or buying tickets. It will perfectly hinder everything
Tilstrækkelig avanceret dumhed kan ikke skelnes fra ond vilje. Men det her makværk ligner godt nok et bevidst forsøg på at gøre alternativer til Rejsekortet ubrugelige. - Smid brugernes betalte klippekort væk? Check - Fjern tidligere funktionel app uden varsel, så brugeren uden chance for planlægning står uden gyldig billet når toget/Metro kører? Check - Crash vilkårligt når man gemmer kreditkort? Check - Foregiv at køb af klippekort går igennem uden at det kan findes og bruges efterfølgende? Check - Gør app'en komplet ubrugelig i forhold til dens eneste formål at tilbyde køb af billet/klippekort? Check Uanset set om årsagen er ufattelig inkompetence på alle planer (design undtaget, den ser pæn ud) eller der bliver spekuleret i at flytte brugere over på Rejsekortet ved at levere den dårligst mulige oplevelse, det kan lade sig gøre via en smartphone, så er det lidt skræmmende.
As I was about to enter a bus and buy a ticket it refused to work saying I needed to update. After updating it lost my klippekort so I have lost my remaining rides. Thanks for nothing. Worst app I have ever used because it's important to have it working and this garbage will let you down in the worst moment possible.
