As a future district heating customer with a signed contract, you can follow the process of getting district heating. As an existing customer who already heats the house with district heating, you can monitor your consumption. Then you can keep an eye on whether the consumption matches your account. If you have had district heating for more than one year, you can compare your consumption with previous years. You may have re-insulated your house and are interested in seeing if it has an effect on the heating bill.
