Reformer is a form of training that supports many of the thoughts and ideas that Ren Lykke is based on.
Reformer is based on the principles of Pilates, which aim to strengthen the body intentionally, without harming it.
For us, reforms are therefore a natural part of creating a balanced life, as it requires a strong body. That is why Ren Lykke has opened a reformer studio with the opportunity to train reforms, pilates and yoga.
