Sink is a contemporary reformer Pilates studio built around mindful movement, community and good coffee.
We use only top-tier Merrithew reformers, because quality matters when it comes to how you move. But this isn’t just about equipment. It’s about building a space that feels good to be in. One that helps people move better, live better, and stay consistent.
After years of training at gyms and studios around the world, we wanted something more. Less noise, more purpose. A studio that values technique and rhythm, but also vibe. Something personal. Something passionate.
So we built it.
Sink is a place to reconnect, with your body, your breath, your people. A space that makes you want to stay for a coffee after class. Or come early just to hang.
We believe community spaces matter. We believe movement doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. And we believe in keeping it all really, really good.
