[Health management app “Ale+”]
"Ale+" is a health management app originally developed by Dr.Trust, which has supported the health of working people for many years.
The concept is to make health management easier and more fun.
We support your health promotion and improvement with useful features such as advice based on health checkup results and hosting events!

[What you can do with Yell+ (main functions)]
・New products are appearing one after another! Over 250 e-learning videos
We regularly publish videos that are useful for work and life, from mental and physical health to communication.
It is supervised and performed by a medical professional (*) from Doctor Trust, so it is guaranteed to be easy to understand!
We have compiled them into a compact size, each lasting around 5 minutes, so you can watch them quickly in your spare time.

Wakukatsu: Packed with advice to help you enjoy your days, be excited, and be active.
Stretching: Various genres ranging from stiff shoulders to shaping up.

Each test item comes with a detailed explanation from a medical professional, so you can start taking healthy actions today.

・Obtain and record life logs through smartphone cooperation
By linking with smartphone data (*), you can now check your daily step count and calories burned on Yell+.
Depending on the goal achievement rate you set in advance, you will receive "supporting comments" that will boost your motivation!
Furthermore, your BMI is automatically calculated and displayed in a graph, so you can see your changes at a glance.
*Ale+ automatically obtains data such as number of steps and distance from Apple Health Care and cooperates with the server.

・　“Healthy life” and “Poi life” are both compatible! Point function (*)
Yell+ is equipped with a function that allows you to accumulate points by using apps on a daily basis.
Bonus points may also be awarded to top winners of health events held within the company.
