This app is garbage. It won't let me set up the rewards program after they stole over 5,000 points by switching. Now it won't even let me log in because it says "Donor not found." I hate using their machines at the site to do my surveys because they're slow as molasses. I can't even add my email address to sign up for the rewards program. This app is completely useless. It's obvious no one tested it before releasing it.

This app is not ready for release! Loyalty points have not been applied for the last 3 visits & surveys. Cannot login to screening questionnaire with Google as app does not comply with Google requirements/policies. Schedule incorrectly shows appointments as missed. The only things that work are the silly cartoon fluff targeted toward 4 year olds.

it let me set up my account but will not let me join the Ked league rewards. Is says I am missing my email in the contact info. I have gone to my local donation place 3 times now to get this fixed. they have shown me all the info is there they don't know why it's not working. The app also doesn't have a way of contacting technical support.
