It seemed like it would be a good app and the first beginner's excersizes were good, but on third day I literally watched the toturial video over and over again and it was so freaking complicated and hard to do. It also hurt my back when I did it because I couldn't understand what to do. I am sad but I have to uninstall if I can't understand how to do the excersizes. But if you have LOTS of yoga experience, go right ahead.

I have a complain.That is that when I was going to sign in with Google,It was not being signed in.So I went back to home screen and then again started the app.Then I saw that It had been signed in automatically.But when I clicked on diet plan option,there was nothing.There was being shown,0 cal and the option as like fruit,vegetable,meat and other options were empty.After trying again and again,now I think it may be app problem.So I request to check it and If my word is right,then fix it soon.

I've only been using this for about 6 minutes and the quality is amazing, even though my phone turned off once, it is a great way to balance and relieve stress. This app is definitely recommended by me. You do need to have patience but it will make you a happier person knowing that this is a great way to calm down after a bad day at work/school. I'm very quick to rate apps but this is top quality with the right help. You can do this you put your to mind it, dont give up. Believe it Achieve it!!!
