App has error message Something went wrong!! And does not let me sign in. I am able to sign in from official website but not on Esaad app. Another issue is I was trying to help a few of my colleagues set up an esaad account but there is another error there , which appears as a connection timeout error and error with Emirates ID not registered. It's frustrating as this has been going on for 2 weeks now . There is no IT support for this??

It's not opening again today 26 June 2026 , so annoying. my family also can't open it. (previously) can't update can't open app on s24 ultra and it says not supported on your device! app has bug can't open cost me my discount as I couldn't open it

1. I have to log in every single time I open the app. It needs a username and password on every launch. This makes it difficult to use it on the spot at store cashier counters. This bug only exists on your Android app, not on the iOS app. 2. This app should get the ability to export the card into Google Pay Wallet. This feature exists in iOS with Apple Pay, but not on Android. I'll promptly update my review when the above issues are fixed.
