Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

NEW REVIEW ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS I CANNOT PAY ONLINE VIA THIS APP! I NEED TO VISIT DU STORE TO BE ABLE TO PAY! NOW THINKING TO SHIFT TO OTHER SERVICES! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! OLD Review The new Du app updates are taking a long time to open. Even making payments via the app is difficult now, and it is not automatically debiting from the saved card. It also constantly shows that the card has expired, even when it hasn't. The initial version of the app was much better than the new update.

I am getting pissed off by the fact that I can't even buy a data anymore in this app! Whenever I clicked the "buy bundle" to make a purchase it just keeps loading and nothing is really showing! before, I was still be able to buy but after some time since I don't buy often cause I don't go out that much and need a data, now that I need it; it's not working properly! I've done all the recommended to fix this, such as: Restart the app, Uninstall the app, Clear cache. It's not helping at all!

Thank you for downloading our app. We'd love to help you with this issue. We advise you to remove the App then reinstall the latest version from the store, also make sure to update your device’s software too after clearing the cache, then try again to login with UAE Pass option or created username & password initially to get the full access. 💙
