The 3 star will go to the technical team their response is good. Some of the drivers maintains thier own timings n worst response you will get by them and their is no live tracking of cab and we cannot add money on mutlipules of ride cost .
Bug in app This app is not fuctioning properly from last week onwards and i am not able to view routes. Even i re-install it also i am facing the issue. Every time i am getting plz check network settings message even network settings are correct.
No proper response after suggesting a route I have suggested route many a times but there is no proper response. Add a shuttle from Nizampet x road to NSIC in ECIL(near Radhika theatre)
It's convenient, you need to book a day prior. After booking you immediately get the details of driver and pick up time, vehicle details etc. But sometimes you receive last minute messages saying change of driver or vehicle, which is bad. Once it so happened that the driver left me in between saying that it is the last drop or whatever! Even after complaining about this to the call centre I don't think there was any action taken on my complaint!! And when enquired about monthly pass they asked to drop an email. But no response after a week of dropping an email. Few changes can be made to make the app work better. Hope this feedback will help in bringing positive changes in future and help the users in a better way. All the best!
App doesn't work on jio network Looks strange but yes..this app not functioning on jio network..sure this is not network issue. Only this app shows network connection failure on jio.
Best in service and friendly service. Have been using from 3 weeks regularly. For all those who see reviews and book a commute. Go ahead and try this. You will not regret.
