misleading images and prices. Often ordered products which look nothing like the photo. Customer service wants to substitute for products I didn't even order or which are in no way similar and often more expensive to what I ordered initially. I get multiple calls to tell them about substitutes as the app has products which are not even available. They send me bags which arrive half empty and charge each time. It is impossible to reason with their support. Positive reviews ARE not real.

Order was late so I try to reach out but no one answered, just like one hour after. I finally got to cancel my order but it was through the costumer service (very bad also) the app doesn't have the option to cancel. Not recommended.

Got the wrong items. Didn't get all the items. Got the wrong quantity of items. It took 5 days to get about $160 yet we ordered $265. I even got a call from the shopper to ask me if he could he replace the peanut butter brand (I said yes just not chrunchy) yet we didn't get any peunut butter at all. Finally, they don't refund the difference so now we are forced to order another $115 in credit. Way too many headaches no up side. We'll place another to get our $115 and be done with this junk.
