Am really unsatisfied using the app, I just got my Edenred replacement and am still not able to use it on line, I have all ready contact customer service and the only solution is to request another Edenred card .... Are you serious, it take a month to receive a replacement that doesn't work on line or in store purshess
When trying to login into the app, I get an error message saying I need to confirm my identity for security reasons: the app says a Code has been sent to my e-mail, but it's been hours since then and I have received NO CODE, so, I'm locked out of the dumb app because it didn't sent any code at all.

The app doesn't work, it says I'm not connected to the internet when I am, and it never sends the email with the code, however, if it happens to arrive, it is already too late because the code expired. Absolute trash.
